Try Germany or France, there are many especially in Germany. I heard it is also a northern European habit, but since I never been to Scandinavia you better ask them. Some of the Scandinavians in this peel are Pikka Bird, Teral...etc They are both rather friendly people so it seems...

I just assummed that in the future, they were a bit more liberal in regards to their point of view on nudity and that they didn't make a big deal out of it. Hell, if the Prof can go around nude and no one says much, it must be more acceptable.
