In "Why must I be a Crustacean in love?" One of the Crustaceans in the crowd at the fight to the death has a Child! At the end it explains that after mating all of ZoidBurg's people Die! So how can there be a mother with a child?!?!?!?!?

Maybe she was the child's aunt or foster parent or something. Not all Decapodians participate in the mating - for example Harold Zoid seems old enough that he must have skipped a few mating seasons.

In certain species of animals, some of the members of the group never mate but assist in raising the young. Maybe in Zoidy's species certain ones are meant to help raise the young when the parents die.

And welcome to PEEL Evil mirror kif  :D

remember in "A Taste Of Freedom"?
the person that Zoidberg was with must've been a carer[sp?]
Carer:Sure, you can be a comedian instead of a doctor. IF YOU WANT YOUR PARENTS TO SPIN IN THEIR GRAVES!

some people just don't mate.
