3 posts in less than one hour sorry but i am british.
In crimes of the hot all the robots are called to the island but nixon seems to have an assistant who i suspect to be a robot. after all he has no head so why is he not on the island

It's the headless body of Spiro Agnew!  Nixon couldn't abandon his old buddy Agnew.  Agnew was Nixon's first vice president until 1973.  He resigned office and Ford took over.

Plus, there's no evidence that Agnew is one of Farnsworth's original designs.  Anyway, there's your mini history lesson for today.

There's another strange thing about Agnew: he has no neck (and thus no vocal chords) and yet he manages to growl.

Agnew is most likely not a robot, he's just the opposite of a Head-in-a-jar.

Head-in-a-jar = a head without a body

Agnew = a body without a head
