Randi has done a nice job of keeping the on-topic boards less messy and vitriolic than usual, so I'm going with her.

I now await, in no particular order: a banning, an excommunication, the deletion of this post and all others, and a violent end at my place of employment.

This is so hard.  Especially because there is probably a lot of mod work that goes on that I never see or hear about.  So I'll pick one of the new ones, as encouragement to them.

futurefreak has been a good addition to the mods. Adding the polls to the old ep review threads and unlocking one of my old polls also helped influence my decision...
