It's probably best to wait until a mod kills the thread.  Last month a tally of nominations turned up in the thread well before it was closed, and there were more nominations afterwards.

So when I first read this thread title, I just saw "YEAR" and figured it was the "poster of the year" poll. I quickly realized it was just a normal boring poster of the month poll, but that leads to a question.

Did we ever do a poster of the year poll, for 2003? I sure as hell don't remember one. But a.) I could be retarded, and c.) there could have been a category in the PEELies that worked just as well, making it pointless to have another poll now.

It wouldn’t necessarily be pointless. A poll on Peel is bound to get more votes, because it's the lazy way...

We had best male and female PEELers (Melll and VF if memory serves).  It would be safe to say that it would be a challenge to be either the Best Male PEELer (most competition) or the Best Female PEELer (more attention whoring harder to be a female on PEEL) of the Year.

i think Posted of the year is a cool idea, we can create 2 polls - jan. - may. & june - dec. and then winner of the poll #1 vs. winner of the poll #2.
