Like Melllvar, I give credit where it's due.  Even though we don't see eye to eye on well...pretty much everything, Cappy's a solid poster and speaks his mind with much less profanity than say, me for instance. So it isn't a popularity contest, my nod to Cappy was based on posting.  So there

Although I agree with Melll that evan deserves more votes. Everyone vote evan. Also I was THIS close to voting PCCFred aswell, but just decided against it in favour of FC due to his incessant campaigning.

I would've been helpful to have Nominations in the title somewhere to distinguish this from the voting thread, just a little comment

I was flippin' through the channels the other day when I came across him. I think his name is Urkel. Anyway he was on some sort of tv show about mentally disabled people. Except it was filled with really bad acting and crappy morals. I'm pretty sure he's really challenged though. No one could fake being that stupid. Anyway, being "special" makes him a hero in my book which is why I'm nominating him.

Actually, I wrote it after the fracas we had last month. I'm pretty sure it's accurate, but I'd definitely recommend someone else double-check the count.

Er, actually I was kidding - Penis/Tallywhacker, yes - but not sure about TMC.  I'd leave it up to the others on whether or not that's fair - even though it is the same person.  Personally I'd amalgamate the votes.  Which is what you've done.

However, I'm not going to cause controversy in this again.

I say we count TMC and Penis/Tallywhacker as separate people as both are still posters. Penis and TallyWhacker should be the same as one account was closed for another. It's a tricky situation though. Child Molester should be counted separately from FishyJoe despite the fact CM was never replaced by another account. Fishy has already won anyway.

Ah - the heck with it. Whoever counts the votes can decide. I think Archie's suggestion is probably the fairest, but perhaps give the chance for people to change their Penis/Tallywhacker nominations?

Actually there are no rules saying that you can't vote for yourself, which I personally think sucks. But I have no say.

EDIT: Well like I said CM and Penis were effectively secondary accounts for their respective members (which I think were actually quite amusing). My suggestion:
- Amalgamate votes for Penis & TallyWhacker as one
- Count votes for TMC separately
- Count votes for CM separately
- If Penis/TallyWhacker or CM make nominations they should be discounted as no PEELer should get more than one set of nominations. KENNEDY did it months ago and was well and truly bollocked.

Hopefully none of them will make it in so we don't have the problem!   

SECOND EDIT: Doh! It's FrysGIRL who has a vote left, not HJS.

THIRD EDIT: My mistake, Paul DOES have 7, not 6 votes. Margarita voted for him, I missed that. DOH!
