I've got a few points to share with you:
- - I won my 3rd POTM back in April, and won't be elegible to win again until May 2014.
- - This information is publically available on wikiPEElia, and is posted at the top of the new nominations thread each month.
- - This isn't the thread for nominating people for November's POTM. That hasn't been opened yet, and should not be opened yet. Read the rules for POTM if you're unsure about anything, and if it's not mentioned there then PM a POTM moderator.
- - Whilst you're reading things, the manual might be of interest to you. Particularly recommended is the article regarding new threads, in conjunction with this article.
The above might just help you to become the sort of PEELer who one day has a shot at coming second in a POTM poll. As an aside, none of the people you've mentioned (myself included) has posted anything particularly POTM-worthy for November so far. It's also unlikely they will. I'm posting at a rather reduced rate, and the others... ... about the most celebratory thing that I can think to say about Kurt is that he's clearly a very
special individual. Which isn't particularly celebratory. It's... ... .., well, it's not overtly derogatory. There's that.
Anyway, before I get sidetracked with items of no consequence, I'd like to remind you that the list of previous winners (including the last twelve, who are therefore ineligible under the POTM rules (see link above) can be found
here if you wish to check in future so as not to embarrass yourself. They're also posted in the nomination threads for each month - which is the place that you should be doing your nominating. You should be waiting for a moderator to open the nominations thread, too. Futurefreak usually gets it done if you give her a chance, because it's often an opportunity for her to make some sort of terrible joke in the title. Which is the sort of thing that she enjoys, and we don't like to take away the things she enjoys because she'll take it out on Frisco.
