Hmm. The capital letters in your post spell out FORPEELXAN, and since there's nobody on the poll by that name I re-arranged them to spell EX PROF LANE. I assume that the PEELer you voted for used to be called Professor Lane, which is a title followed by a four letter name.

The only one on the list who's username is a title followed by a four letter name is Inquisitor Hein. So, your coded message lies in tatters, with the person you voted for now revealed! Hahaha!

Xanfor is obvious, but why are the PEEL letters capital?

This means that Xanfor probably wanted to change his user name to XANFOR PEEL.
Of course, as pumpkinpie spoiled the surprise, he will change his mind and keep his name unchanged.
