Oh sorry. I didn't realize. Is IRC like a ubb board? Ive never used it I thought it was a chat room though... I didn't know it utilized ubb codes such as [ me= Name]  [/me] etc

No... IRC is for chatting... like #futuramachat.

There's a well used command known as /me that writes out what you do as an action.  When PEEL switched to PEEL 2, it actually adopted the /me which works exactly the same as [me=yourusername][/me].

In fact.... I'm pretty sure I found out that we could write actions out like that because I used /me on here when it was in test phase.  It produced an action like IRC instead of just saying the word /me.  It was then deduced from quoting my post that you could also use the [me=whatever][/me] tags.... however, the /me is much faster when referring to yourself, and that's the one I predominantly use.  After you make the post it takes out the /me and replaces the appropriate text with the tags.

I feel like I should redeem myself somehow, and get on the good side of several of you who happen to have negative opinions of myself. :/ But I'm probably not motivated enough for that. Anyway, here are some promises that I think will make roads to alleviating what you think is wrong:

1) I promise to henceforth never make a post less than 2 lines long.
2) I promise to never post again in a Bear-Books-Bear-Books sequence, one is okay, but never more than once or twice a day.

Hopefully I can make amends in time and get inside your hearts and minds again Oh, and if it helps, I'll go back to the cats-attacking-man avatar. I have a feeling old Franklin might be more devious than we all think he is.

Except for Books. You are quite violent against me totalnerduk. If you actually READ my posts you'll find that I am rather serious most of the time. Many of the current ongoing discussions in the Offtopic threads originated from my sincere contributions.
