Wrong thread, but you go Control Panel->Fonts and just drag and drop the font in, should work.

its not in fonts. and there is no 'icons font' in there

first of all: what do you want to do?
if you want to change the font of icons, go to Display Properties -> Apperance -> Advanced
i use windows xp and i can change it easily.

What you want to do is change:
into:

Something like that ? You want to change the Font from one to another.

To do that, do as Margarita told you:
Display Properties -> Apperance -> Advanced
This will give you a screen that looks like This
Make sure that it says Icons in the upper dropdown menu.
Then click on the lower drop down menu that will give you a list that looks like This

Now you can choose any of these fonts !

A) Why are you shouting?
B) Why are you posting that anyway? Getting it from CGEF or TFP doesn't make a difference to installing fonts.
