Running stories?

Well I heard that running stories were banned, but let me tell you PEELodys are running stories because they keep going on and on, so why were threads like FMFN closed down, and in the first FMFN one mod passed by and left it up while another closed it down. So the question stands why are threads like FMFN shut down but PEELodys not?

What is FMFN?

If it's anything like a Futurama roleplay, with PEEL'ers standing in for the characters, there's a very simple reason: they all tend to suck.

People will either post random nonsense or leave for a couple of days leaving the rest waiting for them before the story can move on. In the end everybody is bored, and the thread is spammed. We've seen countless of attempts crash and burn during the years. They never work.
