As we all know, the main menu features a small screenshot and description of the latest episode on the top-right of the screen. But since there will be no more episodes now, I'm wondering what will happen to this? Will it just remain on The Devil's Hands Are Idle Playthings forever, or will it be randomised or change weekly or something? Or will the whole thing just eventually be taken down?

How about having an original episode (Go through them in say, production order) and we do classic reviews?

That would be pretty cool. Considering people rate episodes and all, it would be hard to keep up if they were randomised each time you visited, so changing the episode on a weekly-or-so basis would be a better idea. I just think that this feature is too good to be removed, but would obviously get stale if it remained on Devil's Hands forever.

I was thinking this a while ago. And i ended up convincing myself that they will just be featuring either random eps weekly, or featuring the repeats on in the US. I dont think it will be scrapped.

I think our ratings of the early episodes may have changed, especially since alot of episodes get better the more they are watched.

EDIT: That and i joined at about the time of AOI II, and didn't get to catch up watching those until after the vote things had gone (Now i have DSL, but there's no more Futurama).

Classic reviews is a neat idea. Or aside from eps, maybe we could move onto things like DVD's and other Futurama related stuff, and get overall scores for them too? Just an idea   :)

Its been a fair while now... Whats the deal? Anyone heard anything? I think Devil's Hands has been up there long enough...

I think if the episodes are just placed in to some sort of rotation, it would be much fairer. That way - everyone can vote for all the episodes they missed out on voting for.

That sounds a good idea, I don't think I've ever been able to vote for an episode as I have to wait ages for them to be shown here.

I think we should add a new feature to the site, or maybe bring back the favourites in favour of the episode capsule.

Yeah, but I was busy till a few days ago.

Basically, I can make it link to an episode that recently aired on CN every week, but not every day. Monday is "When Aliens Attack", so, I guess i'd take that one first.

I have to admit; after about 2 months of that same subdued "Devil's Hands" framegrab, it's a little jarring to have this new violently orange one from "When Aliens Attack."

However, this isn't a real problem. I applaud this new idea!

Also, how often is the episode going to change? Because it's been on Raging Bender for about 3 weeks now...

Yeah well, they kinda stopped showing classic episodes on Cartoon Network for a while now. We'll see again once Season "5" is over.

Ah, alright. To be honest, I had no idea that the main menu episodes were going by what was airing on Cartoon Network, I thought they were randomly picked and changed by admin. Still, it's great to finally see some different episodes on there, after months of Devil's Hands.

I was thinking is it possible to have a link to the PEELER FAQ on the main page for new members....?

Something like "New members please click here"
It's just getting annoying in every thread there's somebody asking about the rankings, how to post pics etc

There is a link to the official FAQ on the main page, but no one ever clicks on it.

Yeah, I knew what he meant; but no one looks at the official FAQ, and if we put a link to the unofficial one on the main page no one would click on that one either.

I agree, but most new members don't read the old one anyway.  I'm pretty sure that we've talked about this before, and if I remember correctly Marc and/or Slimmy said that it would be more trouble than it was worth to change the link.

In which case why not just add a footnote to the official FAQ?
