Basically, we throw out a bunch of names, take the first ten that are seconded, and make a poll. Anyone who's ever won before is inelligible.

Most of the bigtime spamfest posters fail to reach nomiation, but I did get nominated this one time, and almost won. It gave me a warm fuzzy feeling, as though I'd just swallowed a hot tedy bear.  :p

It's a term that originally meant "unwanted junk e-mail", but now refers to any menaingless crap online.
