Tyraniak made it in MS Paint and, unsurprisingly, posted it in the MS Paint thread. I did make it into an avatar though by adding the transparency and reducing it to 64x64.

Nice job indeed, and yeah, the teeth are quite visible.
Though a softer outline for the hat might be better since the head isn't heavily outlined either.

Nope. I think that unless somebody comes up with something that I just can't pass up on, Tom Baker will remain un-Xmas-ized. I kinda like the idea of that, to be honest. I mean, I rarely enjoy Xmas. I plan to sleep through as much of it as possible.

It is quite nice. I love how the hat has holes for her hair, and I also like how the green jacket/sweater is evocative of the jacket adult Leela wears.

A little suggestion; in the close-up shot avatar being used the "y" is touching, so perhaps a little smaller for the close-up would be more pleasing?...

The "y" in your name touches the sauce-pan... but I think that doesn't matter.
