some questions

i'm registered here for a month, but there's still a few things i don't get.

1)stuff like 'the testening', 'even newer test', what are these 'tests'?

2)stuff like 'label that person', what's that?

3)and, 'spamming' what's that?
i've heard about it but, i don't understand.

i'm sorry if these are stupid questions.
but i don't get all this stuff.

Test threads are where you, as a PEELer, can test various uses of UBB code, talk nonsense, or just make plain useless posts

<h3>Labeling That Person</h3>
This thread works for directing a 'label' to the person that posted above you, yourself, and the person to post below you.

Correction: They don't automatically update themselves. They're updated when someone posts to the thread.
