Well, I learned it with another program back in school (that was around 1996). In that textbased program you had to import frame by frame.
Search around on google, I am sure that there are still some programs around that operate that way and are free. For these you'd need to prepare the frames first in another program like Irfanview, first though.

These are only speculations though, since I am not used to that way.

We got to pay the same prize as anone on the planet I guess - Around 100€ for PSP 9.

Some of the (bigger) shops here are MediaMarkt, ProMarkt, Saturn or MediMax. But stores like Karstadt or Kaufhaus were you can get everything you need sell it as well.

Looks alright, shrunk down anyway. Except his tail looks like it's melted to the platform. 
I'm still concidering if i'm going to use it or not. But thanks reguardless. I might bust out the PSP8 CD's again, i'm not sure, but with my current enfactuation with WoW, it doesn't seem likely.

I totally agree about the tail. Like I said, I suck at actuall photoshopping. You seriously got a better way for that, if only you grab your PSP veriosn out again.

Yes, there is some sort of rule that says that an avatar must face right, but not all avy's follow that rule. If you mean where my name comes from, I have no idea. If you mean where my avatar comes from, the one I currently have is the Stewart clan crest. The one I'm switching to is from the PC game Fallout.

Not all message boards request strict 64x64, that's why I am asking.

The gif quality messed up the colors of the original, so that cut outs won't work for sure. Yet it makes it hard to scan it as well.
