There was a thread a while back with the screen capture, you can probably find it.  Anyways this has been covered many times before, but when Homer and Bart are watching tapes of their biggest competitor "Kilhammed Ali", one of the tapes in a stack on the tv says "Killhammed Ali vs. Bender".

I agree that the refernce is more of a joke about how seriosly we nuts take this show.  still cool though.

What the hell is an 'open low-blow to FOX'? that doesn't make sense cuz they pay out Fox all the time.

That was a good episode... I've always loved the pimply teen.  :D
... and I loved when Burns said, "I pulled a Jesus!" I know this probably wasn't intentional, but it made me think of the professor shouting, "Great zombie Jesus!" Classic stuff.  :laff:

Indeed, Futurama being canceled may, no no no, WILL cause that reaction to some people.

Maybe there's an outcry from the Simpsons staff to bring back Futurama.  Maybe one day, Fox will listen.

Yes, we should all jump off cliffs if it will make Futurama come back! Are you with me? *silence* Do a flip!  :D
Is there a thread that has a list of when Futurama characters have been seen/mentioned in the Simpsons?

Yey! an excuse to get wierd!

First of all you must accepet that we may all be a work of fiction as well. Once you have stopped crying we will continue.

Okay lets begin. In a sense we exist in two worlds (Waking and dreaming). But some times those worlds cross(I.E. day dreaming and lucid dreaming). So if two worlds can cross in our version of reality then it can happen to characters that, from our point of view, are fictional. So if in The Simpsons Futurama is fiction and vice versa, then it is entirely posible that both are real on a diffrent plane of existance.
