Looks like it...
Möbius Dick > Reincarnation > Cold Warriors > Law and Oracle > Fry Am the Egg Man > Ghost in the Machines > Overclockwise > Benderama > Neutopia > The Silence of the Clamps > The Tip of the Zoidberg > All the Presidents' Heads > > > > Yo Leela Leela

Ooo, I'll play:
Reincarnation > Cold Warriors > Overclockwise > Law & Oracle > Fry Am the Egg Man > Mobius Dick > All the Presidents' Heads > Yo Leela Leela > Benderama > Neutopia > The Tip of the Zoidberg > The Silence of the Clamps > Ghost in the Machines
Of those thirteen, I'd say "Reincarnation" and "Cold Warriors" are the only two that would breach my (ever-changing) Top 25 list; at the very least, "Reincarnation" is my favorite of the trilogy/non-canon episodes the show's done.

Overclockwise was pretty lame. Thinking about it, I may have rated it too highly above. I'd have to watch the eps again to be certain though...

Well yes, when it comes out on DVD in the UK... Which will be December this year I imagine. Knowing the huge floppy fail that is Sky, they will show it in the US broadcast order.

Doesn't matter if Yo Leela Leela wins "World's Greatest Thing Ever" award, I still won't like it.

I think there's a thread for that somewhere, I'll look for it...

Agreed. The second half of 6B was a lot more enjoyable than the first half. For some reason, Comedy Central front-loaded the season with noticeably weaker (and more Bender-centric, if that matters) episodes. From "All the Presidents' Heads" (or, in my case, "Yo Leela Leela") on, though, I think the broadcast season was really solid. What if Yo Leela Leela was first? Would the excitement have made that better than last place on your list then?...
You know, I've always wondered if I think so highly of "A Leela of Her Own" because it's the first Futurama episode I have a clear memory of seeing. I think it's possible for an episode to become a sentimental favorite just because you happened to see it early on. (On a completely off topic note, is there a thread where I can rate and review the episodes of season 6A as a whole?)
Click. (That thread is actually for rating every season six episode, but that seems like the best place to share your thoughts on 6A.)

My post was in response to Gorky's: Agreed. The second half of 6B was a lot more enjoyable than the first half.
So I was halving 6B. Not really sure why though. It really makes no difference the order they're shown in. Although interestingly, my two least-favourite episodes of the series (Holiday Spectacular and Neutopia) aired next to each other.

Instead we got Leela being a bitch, Fry's suicide attempt and a tacky ending...
