Might be a few more, can't think of them all off the top of my head.

I'd say either The Late Phillip J. Fry, Devils Hands are Idle Playthings, My Three Suns, or Ghosts in the Machines. I just don't know how to decide which is better!!!!

... Did you just-- did you just quote and respond to yourself?

And I would be careful to say "ultimate fan" around here, because some geek will come out of the woodwork who's watched every episode on TV live since the pilot and get you.

watched every episode on TV live since the pilot and get you.

Animated shows are only rarely shown live, it's an enormous strain on the animator's wrist.

I cannot and I'm not sure I will ever be able to designate a single or even a few favorite episodes. But I'll make my list brief. . . More or less.

Luck of the Fryrish
The Devils Hands are Idle Playthings
War is the H-Word
Time Keeps on Slippin'
The 30% Iron Chef
Where No Fan Has Gone Before
Bendin' in the Wind

My favorite movie is tough to choose also. . . So I suppose I might have to go with Benders Big Score. With that said, it looks like I'm spending the next few sleepless days watching every sinle episode and movie in order, just to be sure.

I would have to say Parasites Lost. Brannigan, Begin Again and The Sting are up there. Also, Fear of a Bot Planet, which few people ever mention but I think is hilarious.

Let's see:
Leela's Homeworld
The Devil's Hands are Idle Playthings
Parasites Lost
Time Keeps on Slippin'
Bendin' in the Wind

I really love seasons 3 and 4, apparently.

Welcome to Peel, spira and coffeeBot :)...

Those are all favourites of mine too, and I guess Fear Of A Bot Planet does get under-mentioned compared to most other eps you're right. I loved it, it was a very, dare I say traditional episode in terms of focussing on delivery. Maximum laughs ensued...

My favourite Futurama episodes are:

1) Amazon Women in the Mood
2) Tie: A Head in the Polls and The Day the Earth Stood Stupid
3) Roswell That Ends Well
4) War is the H-Word
5) Where No Fan Has Gone Before
6) Luck of the Fryrish
7) Brannigan, Begin Again
8) The Devil's Hands Are Idle Playthings
9) Bender's Big Score
10) The Late Philip J. Fry

Honourable Mentions:
Space Pilot 3000 (probably the best pilot episode for any sitcom or animated series)
Jurassic Bark (its ending is too sad for me to enjoy watching it as much as the others)

You won't let that go, will you?

As I explained before, "The Cyronic Woman" is NOT one of my favourite episodes. In fact, I rank it among the 20 worst episodes of Futurama -- but nowhere near the bottom 5.

being a sci-fi geek, i absolutely love this episode. any sci-fi that examines an alien culture(as long as it is unique) interests me, and since i love the idea of a crustatian humanoid alien, this episode is top notch.

we learn that Decapod-10 is actually orbiting a gas giant.
Claw-Plach
the Decapodian National Anthem

it's in my top 10, for sure.
