I think you were extending on the obvious a bit there Faze.
Personally I would prefer to be frozen, as I wold actually be able to enjoy the time I wake up in.

One very solid TOTPD

Being frozen would suck.  Nothing to do but wait to be unfrozen... I'd definatly go for a cyborg, drink smoke, no bad affects, sorta liek you Gottalovebender.  But then I would go to head in a jar just to get that experience.

But what about Richard Nixon? He got a robot monster body. I have to admit, that'd be pretty sweet to have.

"NIXONS BACK!!!"

Good call!  Robot body beats muscular naked manequin anyday.

The only possible way I'd let you cut off my head and stick it in a pickle jar is if the pickler jar then was attatched to a robot body.

Otherwise, it's Nixsicle all the way.

I'd have a Nixon type head transplant on to Destructors body.

Then, if used, I will be deemed a war crime.

Sure there are benefits to becoming a giant destructive robot, but I'd prefer to just be me. Besides, waiting out the thousand years would kill; I'd much rather more or less sleep through it. Given the choice between being a head in a jar watching time go by or to miss out on the next thousand years but defrost still attached to me, then I'm an Alee-brand icepop.

Man, I wonder how long it would take to go to the bathroom after waking up for 1000 years? It'd probably take another 10...

I'd be ahead.  If i were frozen, all i'd do is take up space.  It"d be exactly te same as my current life.

Frozen. I like being able to walk and explore. I don't want to be on disply at the head museum. Being a head in a jar isn't even dignified. I want to see everything there is to see in the future.

Even though Spacedal posted her last post in this thread two years ago, in response to it, having to go to the bathroom is caused by ingesting foods and liquids.
Are you going to be ingesting anything while you're frozen?

First I would be frozen, live in the the future normally for most of my life, and when I am about to die, I can become a head and live forever. I think that's the best solution there is.

I think I'd like to be frozen, so I can see the future. Then when I'm old and wrinkled and not going to be doing much actual moving around anymore, it's jar time. Whilst I wait for a clone to mature. The clone's head can then be sliced off and I can be grafted to the stump. Assuming I get grafted to the body end, I can then continue to wander around and enjoy the future. If I get grafted to the clone head, then I'll need a bigger jar.

If I get a giant robotic body, then it's definitely the jar!
Otherwise no.

A giant robot body would be great if I was off adventuring.  Especially if it was alcohol fueled :)  Otherwise?  I'm thinking that I'd really prefer a meat body.

I just want to step on people, blow holes in the white house, and bellow "UNRELLIUS IS BAAAACK!!!"

Seriously though, I'd be much more comfortable with a human body. And like tnuk said, being moved to a jar once I'm old and frail would be an interesting experience that I wouldn't object to.

If my life were to really go downhill now, I would love to be frozen and see what the future's like. I would never want to be a head-in-a-jar, though. I'd miss being able to eat normal food, and I'd hate having to be carted around everywhere I want to go.

Though on the other hand, it would be neat referring to somebody as your "secretary of transportation".
