Hi all. I was just wondering what Futurama item you bought first? And when you started watching Futurama? I bought my first Futurama dvd (and item) on Wednesday and have watched it like, 20 times already!!
I can't remember when I first started watching Futurama, but I remember watching 'Why Must I Be A Crustacean In Love', but I don't know when I saw it.

I only started watching(and taping) Futurama (because i fell in love with it) a few weeks ago. But i love it now, and that's all that counts.
Tell me about when you first saw Futurama?

He he, Tasmaina...
Greetings Fellow Futurama fan from what is either the worlds smallest continent or largest island, depending on how obsequeous we're feeling at the time...

Alas, there is a thread like this already... but if we're talking about first item bought not first time seen, then this thread shall hopefully be moved to the PE Stockroom section instead of being simply closed. (They don't like pointless/double threads here...)

So, if were talking first item bought... for me, that'd be Season 1 on VHS. Actually, after I bought all the others on DVD I went back and bought S1 again, this time on DVD, just for the extras and the sheer pleasure of seeing the sets all lined up together neatly. <satisfied sigh>

I bought Season 4 first because it was all I could afford at the time. I then got my sister to buy the rest of the seasons from Amazon and suspend the weekly money she payed me.

Then this week I got the first futurama-o-rama bundled with my Matrix Revolutions DVD. Hurrah!

I believe I bought the comics first, but I've always loved the show.

Well my first item was the Volume one DVD... and I've watched the show from the begining, I did miss them occationaly though for a while and didn't think of looking on-line for web-sites. I guess I started watching the show with a passion after viewing 'The Sting'  thats what got me to LOVE the show, then I knew that Futurama went deeper then any other 'cartoon'... but of course, with my luck, FOX cancelled the show about 6 eppisodes later   :(

Season One was the first thing I bought.
I have watched the show since SP2K.
Season four is not out in the States yet, or I would have it!

Welcome Nibbler-Rulz. It is good to have another Australian on the messageboard. Even if they are from lovely, yet small Tasmania.

The Season I DVD was also the first Futurama related product that I bought
