Has there been a moment when watching Futurama, something happened and you laughed so hard you could hardly breathe?

My 2 are:

Bender Lives large and Kicks Butt - Bender licks butt.  (Pharoah to Remember)

99 - 100..... ting. Fry's slow mo scene in 300 Big Boys.

There are other jokes which are hilarious but those 2 I distinctly remember as sidesplitters.

I don't think that I have ever been left breathless by a joke, but I have laughed hard at far too many to count. The sign of a good joke to me is one that you can hear over and over again and still think that it's funny. I do like this line from "War is the H-Word":

Zapp: I think you should know that I suffer from a very sexy learning disabilty. Kif, what do I call it?

Kif: (sighs) 'Sexlexia'.

I can laugh at that one every time for some reason.

The first time I saw "Why Must I Be A Crustacean In Love".  When Fry and Dr. Zoidberg were in that area, Fry was talking to the audience, and then all of a sudden, Zoidy cut off his arm!   :laff:   :laff:   :laff: I couldn't breathe well for several minutes!

Oh my yes. Many a time that has occured. In Leelas Homeworld, when fry said " Shut up, you two, we can kill ourselves when we get back!" I couldn't talk or breathe, only laugh. I think I slid off the couch a few times for other eps and funny stuff... especially Zappisms... I think I wanged my head on the floor the last time. My brother starts hitting me when I start laughing really hard. It just makes me laugh harder. Lol

i think it has to be things people say that make me laugh like " stick a bastard in it you crap" and the Fry comments that dont make sense like "ill be what i wanna do" and

-Cubert "your stupid" (sic)

-Fry "no im doesnt!" - that one actually made me cry.

I remember the Pi-kea joke in "Less Than Hero" had me in stitches for a minute or so. But the one thing that made me laugh the most was when John DiMaggio said "Big jug" in Bender's voice on the "A Big Piece Of Garbage" commentary. I was on the floor laughing for 5 minutes after that.

No, I do that too. Sometimes I force myself to laugh, just to ensure myself that it really is funny.

I don't laugh out loud very often either when watching things like Futurama, although I do find it very funny. Usually when I do laugh out loud it is about something that most people would find totally unfunny but for some reason I keep laughing for hours afterwards.

(from memory, so probably not accurate)

Bender: alright, come on let's go, Move along, Stop crying Leela.

*Leela sobs as Hermes shoves her through the door*

I don't know why i find it so funny, but i do.

there are probably others i cannae remember. i can only do it once then after that i don't laugh as much at the same joke.

Theres far too many that make me laugh over and over on repeated viewings. But some of the ones that stand out to me are when the whale barfs in 300 Big Boys. The very first time I saw that I laughed so much that I started crying. I still laugh each time I watch this particular scene.

Also, when the Professor gets blown through the wall in Less Than Hero, that had me laughing pretty damn hard the first time I watched it.

And also, not many people will find this funny at all, but in Fear of a Bot Planet when Leela is talking to Bender about all the different robot holidays that they've celebrated, after she says Robonza, Fry chips in "Man that was a blast!" I love that line, and I've laughed at it every time I've watched it  :D

I can't remember the episode, I think it was "Crimes of the Hot" (It's on the Season 4 DVD's) when Farnsworth is like... (Quote probably not accurate)

"What could be safer than being on a giant ice ball hurtalling through space? (Makes loud swooshing noises, ala Fry) Safe."

Or the episode "Less than a Hero" where the video phone pops up.

"Uh, Professor, isn't it time for your nap?" (Leela)
"Damn right it is!" (Professor)

And then there's always the Angry Dome, that left me breathless for ages...

I was laughing until the first ad break and way into the second one.... :laff:

Completely unexpected and stupid which is what we love about Fry....(and Futurama)

Most of the times I've actually really hurt my self laughing at Futurama have involved Zoidberg. Two that spring to mind the most is the the entire sketch in Wit"H"W where they lampoon M*A*S*H, and probably also in Bendless Love where Zoidberg repairs his beloved pet slinky, tries it out on some books only for it to fall off and burst into flames. That sort of stuff just strikes a funny cord with me.  :D

I've just thought of another line that makes me laugh each time I see it. A classic by Zoidberg:

"Oohhh Nooo, I'm coming down!"

I can finally remember laughing out loud at something. I was watching "The Day the Earth Stood Stupid" and the newscast with Morbo and Linda came on. I laughed so hard at that for some reason.
I have to say that when I laugh long and hard about something on Futurama, it is usually because of a line from a supporting character (especially Linda, Morbo, and Zoidberg).
As I write this, I remember some other great Linda and Morbo lines that I laughed out loud at.

"Kittens give Morbo gas."

I just love the reading.

"Robots. Unable to afford just the basic alcohol needed to fuel their circuits. Is there anything sadder? Only drowning puppies, and there would have to be a lot of them."

"If the aliens fall for Zapp's ploy, the earth will be saved. Brought to you by Fishy Joe's...ride the walrus"

I'm not sure why I laugh so much at those two, I just do.

Insane In The Mainframe:

Malfunctioning Eddie: Please to meet you.

Fry: Actually we met once before.

Malfunctioning Eddie: What?!

*Explodes*

I was on the floor laughing.

And in Leela's Homeworld when Bender grabs Fry and smashes him through the window like a baseball bat was halarious.

Couple moments for me...

300 Big Boys: (Morbo to his wife)Stop it, it's fine, it's fine, I WILL DESTROY YOU...

Less than hero: the line in the ending theme song that goes "heroes don't use drugs"

The Day the Earth Stood Stupid: (Leela) I'unno...;
(Big Brain)The Big Brain Am winning! I am the greetest! Now I must leave for no raisin!

and the last one proves how big a nerd i am

Devils hands: the orchestration accompanying Leela's solo cracked me up...Tyne's use of whimsical contrabassoon made me almost wet myself.

Gleno, I love your sig....you a fan of BNW or just that line?

Also from "The Deep South":

Fry:...I don't have to lie and say I'm a lion tamer for you to like me.

Umbriel: You mean you have sea lions on the surface too?

Fry: Yup. We call them land sea lions. I tame them.

I like it for some reason.

Oh and:

Zoidberg: My house! How did this happen?!

Hermes: That's a very good question!

Bender: So there's where I left my cigar!

Hermes: And that just raises further questions!

Anytime something is bellowed I laugh like an idiot (heh, Mawbo and Melllvar rock)... "MEEEEEE!"
Also the anytime some says "shut the hell up" for the slightest transgression.
And the Decapodian National anthem...

Incidentlty, those line form Glenos' sig originally appeared in Aldrous Huxleys' future shock novel Brave New World.

i laughed non-stop at morbo in TDTESS when he's spinning in his chair and falls off, then his look when he got up again. but i laughed even harder when linda was telling the news about the trains...

"but the governor lady said (*in big deep voice*) 'i'm sending in more trains'"

but the best part was, after that train crashed, the guy running going "wait for me!"

hahahahaha i'm laughing just thinking about it.

also the "windmills do not work that way!"
"hello little man, i will destroy you!"
and the time in crimes of the hot when morbo's head was "breathing" hahahahaha.

and when fry did his impersonation of an old person in a clone of my own. hahahaha.

hahahahahhaa.

I absolutely lost it in "Jurassic Bark" when the Proffeser says "Proffeser! Lava! Hot!" for some reason that made me crack up. Also in "Hell is Other Robots" when we find out the Robot Devil squeals when hit! Finally, every episode of "The Scary Door", especially the first one in "A Head in The Polls".

Nibbler: The fate of your world, perhaps all worlds, rests in his special mind.

Leela: ...Now when you say 'special'..?

It's her expression that sells it. I still laugh my ass off.
