According to Google's translation:

I gitt!  How/as-boringly!  You look already again Second Channel of German Television.

Looogisch!

With second one sees better!
Versuch's nevertheless also times!

Bets that I explode directly?
Someone who can actually speak / read german is free to make corrections    :)
[Edit] With experimentation, "Looogisch!" = "Looogically!"

It's been a while since I've had German, but let's give it a shot:

Title: Thursday night in New New York

Leela: Yuk! How boring! You're watching ZDF again!

Fry+Bender: Of course!

Fry: It's better with the second! [This is a play on words that doesn't really translate well. ZDF is the second major television network in Germany. I think they've used the phrase "Mit dem Zweiten sieht man besser" as a slogan once, but you'll have to wait for a German to confirm that.]

Bender: You should try it, too!

Leela: I'm this close to exploding right now.

Consider it confirmed.  :) The rest of your translation is spot-on, too.

Actually ZDF still use that slogan, and in their spots people cover one eye with two fingers while saying it. That's what Bender and Fry are doing in the bottom-left picture.
