Favorite Futurama Theme

Which of the various takes on the main Futurama music is your favorite? mine is the 3rd remix
also, dont think about the best as the theme song, think about the best song. The remixes/ending theme are just too different to be the theme song.

The original opening theme, for sure.  It always has been the  best one out of any tv show... ever. In my opinion, anyways.  I didn't even notice the MarsU one until the commentary pointed it out (not sure why, it's different enough), and the two beatbox/whatever remixes lost their charm quickly.  I'm not sure what you mean by ending theme, isn't it the same as the opening theme, but longer?

by ending theme, i mean the t=song that plays while the credits are rolling. i'm pretty sure it's at least slightly different.

On the DVD commentary for PYHOMS Billy and John are rapping and beatboxing along to the opening theme. You should've added that.

I vote for the cutscene music from The Deep South. The music played when the PE ship cruises over the water. Some kind of groovy.

What about in Ep. II:The Series Has Landedat the end when Bender is still singing "Well I'll Shoot her with my raygun when she comes, Yes I'll shoot her with my rayguin when she comes" etc. That was brilliant!

I loved the original theme from the first time I heard it....and it doesn't drag on and on (Simpsons) it's short, sharp and to the point....!

^Agreed. I'm really sick of the (overlong) Simpsons theme, but the Futurama theme never gets stale.

The original. The remixes and beatboxing are great variations, but the original still stands out. Makes you sit and pay attention.

I am although its more stimulating than the simpsons theme.
