I've pretty much put every one that MAY come close to be classified as a tear jerker. I vote Jurassic Bark.

I vote Luck of the Fryrish.  2 months ago I would have voted Jurassic Bark, but then my brother died, and LotF sorta helped me deal with it.  But it also makes me cry so much now, so it gets my vote.

For me it's 'Luck of The Fryrish', closely followed by 'The Sting', and then 'Jurassic Bark'. All very emotional eps  :)

I prefer "Luck of the Fryrish" by far but I must admit that "Jurrasic Bark" made me choke up a lot more.

It doesn't matter how many times you list "Kif Gets Knocked Up a Notch" on the poll, it's not a tearjerker episode of any sort!

And it's KIF!  Not KIFF!

It is kind of a tearjerker in the sense that they wasted so much good potential on a throwaway storyline.

For me it's a tie between LoTF, because I miss my brother, who's in college, and Jurassic Bark, just because it is really really sad.

hmm, most of these are rather emotional for me. even though the sting is my favorite episode, it did not make me very emotional. I'd have to say, the only episode here that really did make me cry was Leela's Homeworld. A few of the others I've gotten emotional over, but LH is the only ep I've actually had a tear in my eye for.  I love the song.  :D

I voted The Sting. It just portrayed a very bad side of Leela, it was just a sad episode all together.

The Sting. I can't even begin to imagine how bad it was for Fry sitting beside her for 2 weeks essentially waiting for her to die.

I really like the end of "Fryrish" especially the final song cue. And I just know more people are going to vote for "Homeworld" and "Sting," while I don't really like either of them. But that's just me.

It used to make me feel so bad for myself, but not because of Fry and Leela. It was that "Are you?!" - "No..." - "Deal with it!" that made me cry... and Bender saying: "I too know what it's like to have a dream I'll never achieve."
But things have changed so now I think I'll vote for... uuuh, I can't decide between The Sting and Jurassic Bark. So, no vote from me.

"Luck of The Fryrish" by far. That episode was great in every sense of the word, and the last scene was phenomenal.

Second would definetely be "Leela's Homeworld", followed by TKOS. "Parasites Lost", "The Sting" and "Love And Rocket" where great emotional episodes as well.

"Jurassic Bark" just didn't feel very emotional to me. I'm not much of a dog lover, so the final scene really didn't touch me (I guess that makes me "a coldhearted bastard" if you're to trust David X Cohen   ;) ). I know what it meant though and understand why other people felt very emotional about it.

Still "Time keeps on slippin'". I admit that the end of LotF is very touching, but it still can beat "Tkos". And like Teral I do not like dogs, therefore Seymour's fate didn't really touch me.
Thank god that Seymour wasn't a cat, because then I would have cried all night...

I suppose I do find "Jurrasic Bark" sadder as I do like dogs, although I never had one, I remember that my uncle did and I was very sad when it died (even though I was quite young)  :(

[Nixorbo]LUCK OF THE FRYRISH![/Nixorbo]  ;)

Seriously, though, LoTF easily tops my list of tearjerkers (and favourite episodes, for that matter). I'll admit I had a tear in my eye at the end of Jurassic Bark, though. Leela's Homeworld, I never found too emotional, however (I guess I just don't like the song).

But anyway, LoTF, as I've said countless times, manages to bring a tear because of a (semi) happy event, whereas JB (while still sad) falls into the more conventional "emotional" episode category.

Well my vote goes to (or would have gone to, had I not voted for "Love And Rocket" without thinking) Leela's Homeworld. Sure, it wasn't the most well structured episode ever but the ending montage was the closest Futurama ever had me to jerking a tear. I think largely it's 'coz I'm a bit of a loner in general and it would be nice to think there were people looking out for me, even if I didn't know about them.

Love And Rocket is one of my favourite episodes, but it's not really a tear-jerker, more of a sweet episode really. The oxygen part was really good though.

Comeon people, fry gets frozen and everyone he knows DIES, and finaly when the wound begain to heal he sees Seymour his only link to his past. And at the end he decides to let Seymour go becuase he thought it was best for the dog, but we find out that the dog only wanted one thing, fry (he DIES waiting YEARS for him)  this ep was definaly not an after thought

Also LOTF was pretty damn sad (the song helped)
