hmm. i would have liked the preview in no.4 as a cover and the free waterfall thing is funny because they dont come back every ep like in south park.by the way,is there a pic of dr.zoidberg with his arms around fry and bender and the robotic santa claus behind them holding a candy cane.

Hangman, spoilers are neccesary because not everyone has seen the comic yet.

Hey, are the Futurama comic books actually good/entertaining/funny? (I'm asking because the Simpsons comic strip was very disappointing.) I've never seen them... but then again, I haven't really looked. Are they even available in Canada?

Yeah, the comics are pretty good, though they have a few disadvantages, like not being able to hear the characters or see them move. Still, Futurama translates to the comics pretty well.

Forbidden Planet don't actually seem to stock Futurama comics. You could try Sub City.

I went to the comic store today, but fuckitall, Futurama #5 was sold out. It sucks that I can't read it now, but I guess it's cool that Futurama-related products are selling well, in my area at least.

I settled for the last issue, the one with Zapp. Here's my review, since for the life of me I can't find the Futurama #4 thread.

Hmmm...do you mean the Simpsons comic strip or just the regular comic? I haven't read the strip, so I can't make a comparison. But I think the Futurama comics are about as funny as The Simpsons comic books. Passable adaptions.

(though I must admit, I've only read a handful of Simpsons comics, and I only have two Futurama issues)
