You dont actually see this on screen but Zoidberg and Hermes apparently start spooning in Spanish Fry. I dont want to even think about how they can do that.

Ummm I would probably have to say that the radiactive waste which mutates orgasnisms DNA into uncomprahendably gruesome creatures is probably the grossest thing on Futurama I mean how more sick can you get then that!

Zapp Brannigan in general is disgusting (but quite hilarious)

Fry pulling the sandwiches out of his "compartment"

Any of the sequences down in the sewers and the mutants that inhabit them (excluding Leela's parents, of course)

I know. it's impossible for a whale to puke that much for that long. It barfed out over 2 times what it could contain in it's stomach. I think the writers just wanted to go on to gross people out.
And what did Kif mean when he said that when he shed his skin he was able to smugggle some ambergris in the " usual place"

And I still cant believe noone cares about Hermes and Zoidberg spooning. That is way more gross then anything else

actually, I've got 2 gross moments for me:

1. in Teenage Mutant Leela Hurdles when the Zoidberg clone grows old and disintegrates in the aging pool

2. in Futurestock when That Guy finally succumbs to his Bone-itis and pulls his eyelids up.  it's weird for me.

Ah I think people in the sport Hie Alie use it. I know that's the completely wrong spelling of it but if you've watched Jackass and you've seen the epiosde where Johnny and Steve O get pelted with oranges by Hie Alie players , then you will know what I mean.
