What were the most memorable ones you've seen on the show? Here's mine:

Bender and his bot buddies in college put up a ladder to peep into the ladies' dorm building. Turns out they were interested in their computers instead.
Dorm girl: there's something wrong with this one.
Bender: Someone's been a bad girl.
The girl removes its plastic cover and Bender's eyes pop out. He loses balance and the whole ladder falls to the ground.

I was ROTF after that one.

The map of the USA in "Bendin' in the Wind" is loaded with little gags like that. Among the state names are:

• eHio
• 24-bit-Colorado
• XORegon
• User ID:ho
Also: In "Bendless Love" a sign at The Hip Joint said that there was a discount for "designated device drivers".

In That's Lobstertainment when Bender rings at Calculon's door for the second time, Calculon asks "Do you have an extra GOTO 10 line?"

Don't forget the posters in Bender's "closet" - next to (Fry's, I'll assume) the poster of the woman with big boobs in a bikini, is a pic of one of those old huge phone-tape-recorder dealies

In the soap 'All My Circuits,' Calculon decides to convert to metric so he can marry his lover.

"We interrupt this sound file to bring you a special report"

Fry and Leela being attacked by internet ads when they log in. "Presidential-free mp3s" says one of them.

(Bender telling joke to George Washington's head):  So then the hookerbot says "That's not my expansion slot", and my friend says, "That's not my gold-plated 25-pin connector!"  Hahaha!!

Farnsworth:  Good news everyone!  I tried to log onto AOL four years ago, and it finally went through!

Old man:  Please, Don bot, please search your hard drive for your mercy file!
Don Bot:  File not found!   <caps old man>

I remember in an interview Matt Greoning was asked what the internet will be like in the future.  He said "It'll still be too slow".

i think all of those gags about robots and their body parts fall under a different catagory, but they're still great:
