Wisconsin = "Wisdom is sin" or  "W-Cos-Sin"

My problem is that I don't know the pronunciation very well but  I'd like
that the travesty sound like the original.
F.e. Does W-Cos-Sin sound like Wisconsin ? Or is better Wisdom is sin?
I think that the travesty of Minnesota sounds not well but I havn't idea.

Hawaii = "Ha.www.a.ii" or "Http:\\www.a.ii " or "@www.a.ii" "@www.a.ii" or even "H@www.a.ii"

Oklahoma = "OKanOhm" or "I/O Clast HMA" or "I/OKlahoma" "I/Oklahoma"

New Jersey has been mentioned by name in a few episodes (e.g I, Roommate: Fry: "OK, I give up, what's the catch" Salesman: "No catch, although technically we are in New Jersey" Fry (Back at Planet Express): "Not one place that was even remotely liveable" ) yet it still got renamed to "New New Jersey" in BITW.

F is the 6th letter of the alphabet.
O is the 15th letter (1+5=6)
X is the 24th letter (2+4=6)

Hence, FOX = 666
