The Why of Fry. Why not? I really like the Nibblonians for some reason. I really didn't take into account Fry and Leela's first kiss in my decision.

Kryten's sig suddenly reminds me of the "Onion" editorial "I think I'm going about this cat breeding thing all wrong".  I don't want to go into what that article implied though.  :p

Anyways, on topic...

Why isn't Jurassic Bark on this poll?   <Calculon>WHHHHHHYYYYYYYYYY?????????????</calculon>

That said, Luck of the Fryrish is the second best episode ever and gets my vote....this time.  Roswell that Ends Well and Godfellas also deserve love.

The Why of Fry. It's action-packed, time-defying, packed with Nibblonian-Brainspawn wars, and shippy too. It's everything in one.

Huzzah to TWOF, which may possibly be "TEH BSET EPISODE EVAR!!!!!!!11111111ONE"

Considering how much everyone shits on Season 3, it seems to have quite a few episodes in the final poll.

And is it just me, or does rikki_rakko have a hot avatar?

*Takes aim with the missing "R"s and prepares to wreak vengance*  :p

With that in mind, however, I must vote for Luck Of The Fryrish. The main reason it wins out over the others is because it's endearing without having to be shippy. IMHO, it's a lot easier for a shippy episode to stir emotions than a non-shippy one.

Of course Devil's Hands. I can watch it over and over and still love it and get sad every time. Plus, what good would a shipper be if she doesn't vote for the shippy episode? And that's that.

Choosing from the above list is like asking a someone to choose his/her favorite among their own children.  Ask me again in a month and I may answer differently, but Roswell was on CN the other night and I was once again blown away by the episode.

*Wonderful story
*Beautiful animation
*Packed with laughs
*247 quotable lines

All of the things that place Futurama on my very, very short "Best Shows of All Time" list.  If it had also included a Ken Keeler song, it would have been *the* perfect episode.  As is, it only gets a 9.9999999999999999999 out of 10.

I'll say Roswell.  Every line seemed to be a joke and every one of them was funny.  So many star-treck rips, I'd like to see someone count them all.  And fry and Enous.

What really pushed it over the top?  It had something no other Futurama episode had.

Parasites Lost, it's my favourite ep, as it's both the funniest and has the best low-key shippiness. RTEW comes in second.

Ruling out TWOF as I haven't seen it I think Roswell is probably the best, coming in close with Godfellas. Basicly my argument can be summed up with two quotes. "Do not ask for who the bone bones, it bones for thee." That alone could have won it, except for this gem from Roswell "Oooh… A lesson in not changing history from Mr. I'm-my-own-grandpa! Let's get the hell out of here already. Screw history!".

Plus you get to watch Roswell an extra time with the bonus cometry.
