LaBarbara with Barbados Slim, Hattie with some dead guy, and I'm pretty sure Lrrr was married before (it's mentioned in Spanish Fry).

That's it.  Those characters have all been married more than once.

Okay, let's hope this one isn't as hard as my previous ones.

What connects:
"I, Roommate"
"A Bicylops Built For Two"
"Time Keeps On Slippin'"
"Bender Should Not Be Allowed on TV"
"Bend Her" and
"The Devil's Hands Are Idle Playthings"?

I think that's all of them (more than I thought).

Is there a wedding in all of them?
Or is there two people living together for the first time?

Uh, no. There was no wedding in "Devil's Hands." :no no:

Feanix is right. There is a wedding in each episode.

"I, Roommate" -- Calculon and Monique
"A Bicylops Built for Two" -- Leela and Alcazar
"Time Keeps On Slippin" -- Fry and Leela
"Bender Should Not Be Allowed on TV" -- the wedding Calculon administers before Bender breaks in.
"Bend Her" -- Calculon and Coilette
"Devil's Hands..." -- Leela and the Robot Devil.

Man, Leela and Calculon get married a lot.

A completely wild guess, but does Hermes sing in all of them? (Haven't seen 'BSBAOTV', and not much of 'The Sting')

Well... no. Looking at it again, it's quite hard so here's a clue:

It's NOTHING to do with Fry, Bender or Leela.
