Dude, Franklin is totally on the $100. It's in "Insane in the Mainframe" 1 minute and 56 seconds in. And Nixon is on the $300, in "300 Big Boys" 1 minute and 16 seconds in, the so called "Tricky Dick Fun Bill". I checked to make sure I was right. Anyone care to back me up?

Yah, I knew Franklin was on the $100 bill because Insane in the Mainframe is my favorite Futurama episode, ever. So anyhow, I believe the answer to your question is:

The game/monkey character Fry plays in SP3K. Its an arcade game in Panucci's Pizza. Or, if that's not right, the monkey from Fry's what-if question in AoI 2. You know the one.
