I have recently purchased the Futurama Volume 2 Box set. I was watching a couple of episodes on it and I noticed a few scenes that were cut from reaired ep's on Cartoon network and TBS. What I'm trying to get at is, How much do they cut out of the each ep for syndication?

They have talked about it in both the Futurama and Simpson's commentaries.  I believe they say it is about a minute to 1:30.

I also seem to remember that they get them back from Korea with about 1:30 to 2 minutes extra.

Some of that can be retained by digitally speeding up the show, but on average, expect a minute to be gone in syndication.

This has been discussed. Here's the link to the "Has Futurama Been Edited?" thread.
