The notorious hypno-toad

I have heard alot of people talk about a person that used to come to PEEL, hypno toad what did he do to piss everyone off? Just a simple question that needs a simple answer for a simple fella,

....ITs been so long i cant rememeber.
Basically he was a pest, Why signed up again and again when he got deleted.

Plus he made a lot of pointless threads, that had already been done. Cept he spelled poorly.
