Brannigan Begin Again

I haven't figured this out and maybe someone can help me. In this particular episode, shortly after getting stripped of his rank and membership in DOOP, Zapp and Kif are walking down a crowded street towards the camera with this country song in the background. Now, what movie is that supposed to be from? I know it has to be from something since no Simpsons or Futurama episode is complete without some play off of culture, or movies or something. Anyone know?
