A few quick questions. What is the difference between a Ubermod and a Moderator? Is one a higher rank than the other? How do you become one? And do you all get on with each other? Any disagreements over the rules? Thank you for your time!

Ubermods are automatically moderator for all boards. Also, they can suspend accounts without the help of administrators. No one ever becomes one either. They are hand picked. And yeah, we all get along well, but for that bitchy Velour.
