If you haven't picked up the Season 3 DVD set (or imported it in my case)--I highly recommend it.  Once again, there is an excellent set of commentaries on every episode.

The Executive Producer David X. Cohen is like a walking Futurama Encyclopedia--while  talking about the current episode, he'll throw out cross-references to all kinds of other episodes (from every season) by episode number!  He could probably win any Trivia Contest posted here!  He must be some sort of futuristic robot.  :)
