Favourites game

i know some people hate futurama and simpsons being compared but there are some comparisons so i'll see who people like better from the show.

That's a tough one because as much as I find the 'close' relationship Url and Smitty share very very funny, they haven't actually had that much screen time. So on this occasion i'll have to go with Wiggum and his collegues Lou and Eddie. The hours of laughter Wiggum has provoked for me and my friends has to take the trophy. The Pulp Fiction spoof alone in 22 short Films About Springfield probably wins.

Yeah, wiggum is way more developed and IMO more funny, and although lou and eddie have been dropped as significant characters recently they used to be really funny too.
Bart : Take 'im away boys
Wiggum : Hey, im the chief here, bake im away toys
Lou : Huh?!
Wiggum : Do what the kid said

Wiggum : Good god men, your all a bunch of marshmellows.
Officer : Well why dont you go chief?
Wiggum : I'm uh, too important

Normally I'd go for anything Futurama over The Simpsons, but this time I'm undecided. URL and Smitty are great characters, but like M Jackson said, they haven't had much screen time, whereas the police from The Simpsons are well developed & hilarious characters.

IMO if the Peace Officers had been given as much screentime as Wiggum and the boys, they would be the better of the two.  However, they work well with only occasional appearances.
I'm gonna go with Smitty and Url (also because I enjoy Url's voice).

This time i'm gonna go with the Futurama robot mafia, because I actually find Fat Tony in The Simpsons quite anyoying! He was funny at first, but I just think that when he has an extended amount of dialouge, it sounds a bit lame. Also in the recent episodes it's clear that they haven't used the regular guest vioce for Fat Tony, i think that Dan Castaleneta is doing it.

So, go Don-Bot, Joey Mousepad, and Clamps!

I pick the Robot Mafia, and for your first question, the Futurama Police too. Donbot is just so funny, and love his voice. Some of my fave quotes, "Hey I like this guys lack of style", and "By the third time he flashed his cash, I thought my rage would have subsided, sadly that is not the case"    All the Robot Mafia rule though, and the Futurama Police are clool too

I have to go with the simpsons on both, I love the robot mafia, and Futurama police.  But Wiggum is so funny, especially when he and Ralfh are together.  And the simpsons maifia, Fat Tony is funny.  But the old simpsons not the new ones.  The new ones everyone sucks, but most of all the suporting characters are terrible.

Robot Mafia.  Mainly in Bender Gets Made and Bendless Love.  Some of the lines are just too funny.

You can't really compare Krusty to Morbo, like you said he's more like Kent Brockman. Krusty is more like the equivelent of Florp or Patchcord adams. But neither of those characters have been developed much. So i'll go for my favourite Jewish, gambling, porno-reading childrens entertianer Krusty the Clown.

Farnsworth is actually a mix between Frink and Grandpa Simpson really.

Farnsworth, no question.  His quick head movements (like in the scene with the beeps in Leela's Homeworld)and his oh my no's and his eh-wha's are great!
