Since we're on a new page, let me repeat everything.  The question:

What connects an unmanly man, a six-limbed female alien, and a female mutant?

The hints:

The "unmanly man" is a human character voiced by John DiMaggio.

Two of the characters only appeared in one episode each, but one appeared in multiple episodes.

All of them had dialogue and names.

Another hint?  Well, the connection does not concern anything we see the characters do, and it is not a behind the scenes connection.

Time is officially up, but I'll give it another 18 hours.

Another not quite correct guess, but, he is in an enclosure with them, by them or inside them:
Lrr: Spanish fry, the cage.
Fry: The droid, parasites lost.
Bender: compartment, honking.
Dinosaur: the ride was in an enclosure...
As for H.G blob I have no idea...
