Fry'd Bananas

A series set in the not too distant future. What the Commander had always feared come true; Kremlin-Joe starts blasting nukes, and the fallout mutate the Fry household to monkeys.

What's the life like for a monkey-mutant in the 21st century? Follow "Fry'd Bananas" this fall on FOX!

BAM!!

Follow famous chef Elzar, and see what's cooking in his wacky life. His problems with the robot mafia, his struggles with his clumsy tv assistant Tony, running from obnoxious fan Bender, it's all there.

Tired of boring Saturday afternoons? Then knock it up a notch!! Watch BAM!! on FOX, this winter.

Hey, let's be careful out there!

The ongoing shenanigans of Smitty and URL, and their odd colleagues at the Valley Alley PD.

DR Z and the flash kids
it seems like a cool title..i guess it could involve Dr Zoidberg teaching kids at a school called flash valley high, It could work on a prince of bell air theme, Dr Zoidbergs would always say "fo snizzle my nizzle yall".

I know it's not a spin off, but I've always wished that they'd got around to doing a Futurama episode in a similar format to The Simpsons 22 Short Films About Springfield.

They could make a spinoff about before Fry was frozen.  Of course it wouldn't really contain any of the crew, but it would be nice to know more about Fry's past.

To get the job done right
New spinoff series starring the Robot Mafia! Laugh as they threaten shopkeepers with rusty pickaxes! Cry when Clamps catches a horrifying virus and must have his Clamps amputated! And sit there, confused, when the cast of Friends briefly appears among a large crowd! Fun for the whole family! Except those 17 years and younger!

"Zoidberg, P.I." HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! It would have to be filmed in New Orleans though. Scruffy could be his hip, street-wise sidekick! They could live on a boat and fight bad guys with weight problems.

How about that "you so stoopid, stoopid" character, set in wonderful "Frisco"?
Or a big budget Armageddon type movie featuring the epic struggle between Good and Neutral.

I think that a spin off series would be good, with all the characters but in different situations, I'd like to see the "Adventures of Zapp Branagan" for one episode. One full episode of all my circuits, we could have Farnsworths old crew, Hermes in the early oplymics, a full episode of Ultimate Robot Fighting League. I think it would be funny, esp Heedanism bot!!

But a full on spin off series couldn't really happen, just one off's

They wouldn't have to meet at all.
itwould be like this:
Every episode could have 3 segments;
First Episode:
Segment 1:Fry
Segment 2:Leela
Segment 3:Bender

Second Episode:
Segment 1:Professer
Segment 2:Amy
Segment 3:Zoidberg

Third Episode:
Segment 1:Hermes
Segment 2:Fry
Segment 3:Leela

It would keep going on like that.  :)
So the segments would feture 1 charector in Child form.

The Muppets didn't know each other when they were kids either, but that didn't prevent Muppet Babies.

a spinoff show that completely mangles the historys of the main characters? Ew. In order for it to work you would have to ignore the fact that Fry is supposed to be from the 20th century, ignore that Leela spent her childhood alone in an orphanage, Zoidburg on a completely different planet, Amy on a completely different planet, Bender not created yet, and the proff and Hermes being from different generations.

logistically it works, but i don't think plotwise it would be that interesting.

Edit: you know, i was always confused by the muppet babies. I mean, why were they all together? Where were the parents? Where they all orphans? And whatever happened to Skeeter, after they reach adulthood you never hear from her again.

Here are my idea's for the first episode:

First Episode:

Segment 1:Fry is starting his first day of First Grade. He is then beat up by his brother every recess. Then ,Fry desides to be like Space Boy and face his fears head on,but when he does,Yancey gets: REALLY   !

Segment 2:It's Leela's 6th birthday, but no one carres. So Leela desides to get back at them, with black mail!

Segment 3:Bender has just been constructed.
He then goes to check around and runs into Mom and Farsworth "smooching"

2nd episode is coming!

I'd assume that they were orphans, considering that they lived in an orphanarium orphanage.

Yeah, that's always a problem when you introduce a new character in a prequel, isn't it?  Maybe Skeeter just didn't go into show business like the rest of them.

Come to think of it, you're probably right, Venus.  They called it a nursery, not an orphanage.

Still, I always got the impression that they were orphans.  *shrug*

Skeeter was not in the Muppet Show.  The Muppet Show was cancelled before Muppet Babies came on the air.  Skeeter was created just for Muppet Babies so Piggy wouldn't be the only girl.

Episode 2:

segment 1:Farsworth makes his first invention:the laser telescope.

Segment 2:Amy goes to the mall for the first time, but she soon gets lost and the securite robots have gone on an errored killing sprie!

Segment 3:Zoidberg is at his meeting with his priceable about being too much of a clown. So for punishment he has to work with the school nurse, which started his passion with medicen.

I have to agree with Venus, in my opinion a prequel wouldn't work, just look at Enterprise. Much better to make a sequel or a spin-off.

Farnsworth and Mom weren't together 4 years ago, they broke up decades ago and only met in "Mother's Day" again.

Here is my idea for show 3:
Episode 3:

Segment 1:Hermes enters the Jr. Limbo Champion chip!

Segment 2:Leela gets in a fight with the oranariom's bullie. Then she wants to learn Karote!

Segment 3:Fry becomes friends with the school's biggest Star Trek fan.Now Fry is thinking he will turn into a geek!

FuturPastarama
The life of Fry at various stages before he got frozen.
Or something involving either Randy or the neutrals.
Or hey maybe put them both together and who knows what crazy adventures they'll get into.
