Futurama adverts!

Blimey! I've been watching TV for a couple of hours tonight (Enterprise and Firefly) and I've seen *four* adverts for the Futurama S3 DVD! At least one part of Fox wants to promote the show...

Its kind of funny how Fox Home Entertainment has a much better Futurama website than Fox itself.

Good point. Let's remember when we curse Fox we should be directing our wrath towards their clueless television department.

As far as I'm concerned, Fox's other two big divisions are the cream of the crop!

Fox Home Video delivers phenomenal DVDs across the board. Movies are (almost) always presented in their original aspect ratio (WIDESCREEN), their audio transfers are usually flawless and they clearly know the importance of a few shiny extra features for the fans.

Fox, as a movie studio, is IMO one of the bravest and ballsiest out there. Not many studios would bankroll dicey projects like Fight Club, Ravenous, Moulin Rouge! and Down With Love.

But yeah, as far as TV goes - Fox bites royal jelly. They cancel Andy Richter Saves the Universe??? The wonderfully odd Greg the Bunny was given no chance... And then we're offered unremitting garbage like The Pitts and the blatantly "Hey you got your Wonder Years in my Malcolm in the Middle!" ripoff Oliver Beene?  And THIS is the network that doesn't have room for Futurama?

Bah, the show was too good for Fox Television anyway. Thankfully Fox Home Video is hitting grand slams with the DVD versions.
