 http://dailynews.yahoo.com/h/nm/20010614/en/video-simpsons_1.html  !!!!!!!!!!!

The simpsons season one box set is only $39.99!  That means that futurama sets will be that price or less, depending in how many eps per set.  Also, this site http://www.dvd-fr.com/news/item.php3?id=09022001a  says that the futurama dvds are going to be released in france on 30 Dec 2001.  I'm going nuts here!

I hear the Simpsons DVDs have voice tracks in seven different languages. Maybe the Futurama DVDs do, too...

simpsons dvds? wheeeeee!!!
but if they are $40 u.s theyd be about $50 australian, because the australian dollar is so sucky at the moment. 9 seasons of $50 ($450) is gonna be expensive... but i think it's a good investment.

You think thats bad well $40US is
60.8760 Canadian dollars... One of our dollars are only worht 65.71 cents in the U.S.

Its got to be alittle more than $50 for you cause here in Canada the Austrailian dollar is only worth 80.12 cents

Those exchange rates as of Jun 15, 2001

I'm pretty sure that the US will get them this Nov.  That is a good guess from rumors I've heard.

Thanks Bart182!

Does anyone happen to know if or when Futurama will be on DVD in the UK and Ireland? I don't own a DVD player, but I'm the only one in our family who can work the VCR, so I'll just tell them all that a DVD is easier to understand   :evillaugh:
