Santa Claus is Gunning You Down got my vote. I also like the Bot Wash Song, and Hermes's beauracrat song.

Yeah, I reckon it was good, but not that great. It was clever, but only mildly amusing by Futurama standards- no big laugh out loud moments for me.

Yeah the song from Less than A Hero was great, but it didnt get my vote. It beats the Robot hell song though.

I'm surprised that 'the grunka lunka songs' have no votes- i thought the end was pretty funny-
grunka lunkas: "grunka, lunka, dunkadey armedguards..."
Bender: "Shut the hell up!"

Just for that line I vote other, the Poppler jingle.

I kinda liked the Grunka Lunka songs but I voted for the Robot Hell one. The Bureaucrat song is the ONLY thing I've ever liked about Hermes

Elves, Robot Hell, and Bureaucrat all rule (haven't seen LTH), but Elves carries the day.  It's the funniest song in the whole series.  I bet it was inspired by a day at Rough Draft  :laff:

My vote goes to Robot Hell. It's a great, catchy song in itself, and also an amazing imitation of the typical musical numbers of Disney features like Aladdin. Good fun  :)

Ypu're out of "You Gotta Do What You Love (Even If It's Not A Good Idea)"?  Fine.  Then I'll just take a side order Robot Hell, please.

That's what I reckon.

Also, I'm glad that Futurama has never had a fully musical or *shudder* clip show. When Simpsons episodes like that invariably suck, especially that musical clip show. Futurama gets the right balance of short sharp songs that are funny and don't take over the episode, and only shows clips of past episodes when it's relevant.

Can someone explain what it is about the Robot Hell Song that makes it so popular? I like it, sure, but for me it's nowhere near the best Futurama song ever.

The Robot Hell song, musical perfection.

First when it starts it has Bender saying, oh crap singin' mind if I smoke?" A self reference to the song that draws attention that it's a song.

Dan Castellaneta doing his best Hans Conreid.
A cameo appearance by the Beastie Boys, "hey Bender gonna make some noise get your hard drive scratched by the Beastie Boys!"
Katey Sagal belting out her parts, Billy West ditto.

Best line of the song, Bender going "hey don't blame me blame my upbringin'" the Beelzebot going, "please stop sinning while I'm singing."  :laff:

I like the re-do of a familiar Christmas tune to make the lyrics of "Santa Claus is Gunning you Down".

Leela: "He'll hunt you down and blast your ass from here to Pakistan."

The Robot Hell song is great, particularly the verse sung by Fry and Leela:

F: I don't feel well.
L: It's up to us to rescue him!
F: Maybe he likes it here in hell.
L: It's us who tempted him to sin!
F: Maybe he's back at the motel.
L: Come on Fry, don't be scared,
I'm sure at least one of us will be spared
So just sit back, enjoy the ride!
F: My ass has blisters from the slide!

But as far as jingles go:
Nobody doesn't like "Molten Boron!"

Yeah, that makes sense, because it's such a great song! Is it legal to download an mp3 of a song from a TV show if you own the DVD?
