I heard something on the DVD commentary about it, but it was kinda flooded out by my Xbox's 'zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzeeee' sound.

In the commentary they talk about how if don't have a really REALLY nice speaker system, then most of the remix will be lost.

Originally they wanted to remix the song every couple of episodes but they desided not to after the Mar University attempt.

Apparently at the Comic Con last year there was a new, different remixed theme at the begining of 'Less than Hero'. It's a shame it was lost when it finally aired though  hmpf
