...I'm tired of everyone saying we DON'T need a Futurama awards.
But NEXT season there'll be more nominees, a longer voting session and more awards- What the heck, nobody'll read it.

Could've been good if it was done properly. IE a nominations thread, then a voting thread, then leave it and have a big sort of unveiling type thread.

Actually, this wasn't that bad. People are probably just tired from the constant "best episode/worst episode/favorite character/most annoying character/most creative way to murder FOX executives polls. If this is done better next time (as you said, more candidates and a longer voting time) then I'm all for it.

Anarchist- Well, That's what I'm trying to do, Right now I'm thinking of what the nominees and new catagories are- Also, I might have to not put some catagories in, make some more.
Might see it in a few weeks, as the summer awards!

I thought it could have been executed better as well. The categories were too generic...and just not funny. The voting was just extraordinarily complex. What do you think the Poll feature is for? 

Now, on that note...bring back Futurama Survivor!

It just need a bit better organization. Lay out the categories, with the nominees in a more easy to grasp and organized fashion. I think the voting system works okay, after all we did the exact same thing at the PEELies, and no problem there.

Besides it would probably mean to many polls at one time, which would push other threads down (that's pertly why I made Clothes For A Cyclops in weekly installments).

Alos, please don't use Caps Lock when you write your thread headings. No need to shout.
