i have to agree, micallef is hilarious, just the guests are always shithouse. i just tape it and fast-forward through the interviews. caroline craig and john mcnroe (sp) were incredibly unfunny.

I'm a swimmer, thats the sport I do.

I train 8 times a week, mainly swimming but also weights.

In Victoria I am 1st in the state at the moment in my age group for 50 breaststroke, and in Australia I am ranked 6th in the 50 breaststroke.
