What episode is Dwite first introduced?
And is he the son of hermes or his clone?

His name is spelled Dwight, and he's the son of Hermes and Labarbara.

The official introduction happened in "The Route Of All Evil", but thanks to FOX's braindead schedule we first saw him in "Anthology of Interest II" and then later in "A Leela Of Her Own", before he were properly introduced.
