For alle the norwegen Futurama fans here.
Futurama will be back in the sommer with new episodes!!!.
I mailed TV2, and asked them when they would air the new episodes.
They responded that Futurama will be back in the sommer.  :)

I would like to go on record as stating my official position on the prospect of more new Norwegian Futurama eps and it is this:

I am wholeheartedly and unequivocally in favor of them.

While they're at it they could make a few here in America too.  Those motherfoxers cancelled the series.

Over a year ago, they said exactly the same. The new episodes will air in late summer/early autumn of 2002. And you know what we got. We got the old episodes in TEN MINUTE portions (!) in the Sone2 after-school program. Two days pr episode... that's about as tragic as it gets.

But then a new press release showed up: The new episodes were supposed to be aired every weekday at 18:00 from 2.December 2002  (which you may have noticed they didn't). I think that's about as specific as any TV network could ever get when it comes to replying to a question from a viewer, but they ditched it anyways in favor of Family Guy.
So I wouldn't automatically believe them when they say the new episodes will be aired this summer. And as a guy from Bergen, I've been down to their headquarters more than once to ask/complain about their treatment of Futurama  :)
But at least "this summer" is better than "we have the rights for season 4 and 5, but haven't decided when to air them yet", as they have claimed ever since mid-December.

well they started airing the reruns from January.

A good idea is to watch the new episodes on the swedish channel, TV4. every monday 23.30.

Swedish TV4 and Norwegian TV2.

Wow, I got those two channels on my cable. YES!!

And might I add, those channels are the only Norwegian/Swedish I have. This must be a sign from God.
