I cry after Jurassic Bark because I'm an animal lover and the loyalty of the Seymore.

I don't think I've ever cried,
but I always get a really big smile on my face after Fry has read the tombstone graving and don't you forget about me starts playing.

Jurassic Bark, on the other hand, cuts out a piece of your heart, one of the saddest dog<3boy since Skip waited for Frankie.

Jurassic Bark: No - It was a sad and unexpected ending but it didn't seem to affect me overly much.

Time Keeps on Slipping: No - Knowing that Leela had already divorced him implied that whatever he had done to get her to marry him in the first place wasn't going to  matter in the long run.

The Devil's Hands are Idle Playthings: No - Knowing it was the last episode took the edge off it for me.

Luck of the Fryrish: Yes (well, almost) - I didn't see it coming.

The Sting: Yes (well, almost) - (Ditto)

Jurassic Bark made me cry. Trying to conceal this fact only made it worse, so I cried harder and longer. That's the one ep I never re-watch, it wrenches my heart apart.

The only other one, Luck of the Fryrish, I've always liked, but cried only when finished seeing it for the 4th or 5th time, not any of the times before.

In the Sting it was obvious Fry couldn't really be dead - the series would end there and then.

Me too, Definitely cried alot after Jurassic Bark.  I mean a dog being that loyal...really got to me.  Dogs are just amazing  :)  Plus it seems every time Fry has a friend/relationship with someone other than Bender, Bender has to ruin it.  Talk about a jealous friend. lol

Also I did feel a bit sad during Luck of the Fryish.

Luck of the Fryish and Jurassic Bark, hell ya.

When Fry read his nephews tombstone, I was so amazed they put something that absolutely powerful in a cartoon.

Jurassic Bark was probably one of the saddest things on T.V, ever.

Futurama has always been comedy for me...I've never cried over it. And I never want to.

Whenever Fry manages somehow to say the right thing to Leela.

e.g. "Just remember people care about you" or "Then I am the most important person in the universe"

They don't make me cry but they are tender moments that make me emotional at least.

And Bear, I agree that Futurama is comedy first and foremost but I think you've let one of the things that sets Futurama apart from other cartoons pass you by (that being the emotional attachment to the characters - it's what makes it stand up so well to repeat viewings)

I cried at the episodes: "Jurassic Bark", "The Sting", and "The Devil's Hands Are Idle Playthings".   At the time, I thought Futurama was over forever.

I didn't cry during "Jurassic Bark". I saw it coming (and I read the episode synopsis prior to viewing).

However, I do remember crying after "Time Keeps on Slippin'". I also cried at the end of "Bender's Big Score" in a repeat viewing when we saw the flashback on how Fry in the year 2012 realized he was Lars, but only because the plot twist was so bad.

I get misty-eyed at the end of Fryrish, Bark (and I don't even really like dogs), The Sting, and Leela's Homeworld.

One of my favorite parts of Futurama is simply how the emotional reactions it generates in me are subtle, poignant and sincere.  Many "emotion" movies, programs or books are blatantly manipulative and disingeneous.  "You're going to cry because right here we kill the mother!"   Futurama is so beautiful.

Not "cry" cry, but did get choked up & a little upset the first time, and pretty much any time I see The Sting, and Leela's Homeworld.

I am a dude, and I have absolutley no shame admitting this!

I seldom get to the crying-point, but choking up does happen oftener.
(Unless the movie or episode is a real weapons-grade tear jerker...)

I never cried when watching an episode. But I did get a little choked up at the very end of Leela's Homeworld. When Leela hugs her parents and says "This is the happiest day of my life!" I'm all like "awwwwwwww" and then they play the song, Baby Love Child. =D

I would've cried at The Sting, but my friend totally ruined the episode for me and told me that Fry wasn't really dead. Luck of the Fryrish and Jurrassic Bark got me pretty close to tears.

I know, same here. It was the part at the New Year's party. I'm not in the F&L clique, but I just hate seeing her get hurt like that.

Jurrassic Bark really put a lump in my throat. I've been a pet person all my life and Seymore just reminded me of two dogs I used to have when I was younger.  Rocky ( a Lhasa Apso I sprung from the pound) and Prince ( a German Shepherd my family bought) were both very loyal to me (more so than they were to the rest of my family).  Its hard to part with a loyal dog, whether they have to be "put down" or you get frozen for 1000 years.

Awesome job there awesome person Nixorbo!

I cry.... in that episode about Bender.... because despite what people might think, he really is the greatest.... and even if every episode were about him.... and the show was just a camera pointed at Bender the whole time.... he'd still be the most underappreciated character on the show.  Bender is great.... and everybody should love him... it's not enough that he should be everybody's favorite character in futurama.... logically speaking, he should be everybody's favorite character ever in anything.... fictional or nonfictional, since he's both.  Bender is pretty awesome, and sometimes I wonder if me and him will be best friends, because he's a robot and we both don't trust machines because they're evil and they lie and they're not trustworthy.  Bender's so funny, he makes the best jokes..  And he's the coolest.... so it's sad for me to think that he's not getting enough attention or screen time, because he's better than everyone else by a long shot.... yes even fry & leela or the professor.... by aaaaa lot.  So that's why that episode made me cry when I did.. I hope you cried too, hav e a good day and enjoy futurama y'all!

Never quite cried but a couple of episodes have made me well up and in turn try to hide that fact from everyone else in the room. Luck of the Fryrish is the main one that did...parts of BBS did too believe it or not.

The end of TKOS and Jurassic Bark were both very sad but they didn't quite move me to tears...though granted I'm only saying that to try and regain some sense of masculinity.

the devils hands are idle playthings got me, it was sad to see fry still playing him and leela being happy together even though it will probably never happen. and of course the obvious jurassic bark and the one where they play mega sad music at the end, i cant remember the exact episode. im in my twenties and ill admit to crying to the show, its not easy for something to make me cry so the writers must be doing something right if i can name more than one episode that does this.

I would have to say The Sting... That episode definitely touched me. The whole Leela being depressed and constantly losing Fry in her dreams... It of course turns out she was in a coma... but still.

Also in The Devil’s Hands Are Idle Playthings. I just felt weird because I was watching (maybe) the last episode of Futurama, ever ! Notably the end where Fry is playing the holophonor on his own for Leela and the crude Fry and Leela kiss and walk into the distance.
