If Greoning chooses to do another show, I wonder what station it would end up on.  I don't think that any of the major networks would really be that much better than FOX, but I could be wrong.  I was thinking perhaps Comedy Central if it was affordable for them to produce.  It seems like they wouldn't give a crap what he has in the show and would actually support it with advertisements and a good timeslot.  Then again I could be wrong there too.

I just hope that dealing with all of FOX's bullcrap hasn't made Greoning lose interest in making good TV anymore.  It still amazes me that FOX literally has the two absolute best programs in their control, as well as the absolute worst programs ever made.  Yet people love it.  Reality TV is destroying the industry, and I can't believe that so many American's are falling for and supporting them.  These shows have no intelligence and zero redeeming values.  Moron TV made by morons, for morons.

I'll admit I enjoy watching Survivor every now and again.  The contestants on that show are actually being tested; it's not a walk in the park.  But come on, American Idol, Bacholorette, Married By America, Boot Camp, Temptation Island, Meet my Parents, Are You Hot, People Vs. Animals, Joe Millionaire, Date a Mime, Smack Yourself in the Face, etc.  I just can't stand it anymore.  I didn't initially intend this post to go on as a rant against awful programming, but I am in shock that this crap will not stop infesting my TV.  IT IS REPREHENISBLE.

If this post needs to be moved to a different forum, then by all means, you can move it.  But I want people to tell me why they actually waste hours of their lives watching that schlock.  Remember, time is the only thing in this world you can never get back.  10 years down the road, will all of that wasted time be worth it?  Please, I don't understand what is wrong with our country.  Make a stand, tell your families and friends to stop watching crap.  Force them to sit down and watch your Futurama DVD's, so they can see what television is supposed to be like.  Intelligent writing, fantastic parodies, supreme character development, real emotions, hilarious references that are peppered throughout every show, etc.  I was listening to the director commentary on The Series Has Landed, and they talked about how they actually were calculating the movement of the sun and the Earth's position for the episode.  I can't think of any other show that would take the time to do that.  Or the fact that Omicron Persi 8 is real, and actually 1000 light years away.  That's fantastic.

In closing I would like to thank the entire Futurama staff for working so hard to once again make intelligent hilarious TV.  While the majority of our brain-dead population could give a rat’s ass, they're many people who are very thankful.

Thank you all for reading this, I'm sorry it wasn't the best-written post, but my anger and pure disappointment in the downfall of our society caused my fingers to fly faster than my brain could think.
